Uzum Market continues to expand its logistics capabilities for partners. A new operating model, DBS (Delivered by Seller), will allow sellers not only to store goods in their own warehouses but also to deliver them directly to customers without using Uzum Market’s logistics services.
Starting from June 2, Uzum Market is launching a new operational scheme — DBS (Delivered by Seller) — where the marketplace provides the online storefront and marketing tools, while the seller takes full responsibility for order fulfillment: from storage and packaging to final delivery to the customer. This approach will allow retailers and large brands with their own logistics infrastructure to optimize their operations with Uzum Market while maintaining access to more than 10 million users of the national marketplace.
With the DBS model, sellers will be able to independently define their delivery zones and timelines. Moreover, no logistics fee will be charged — only a sales commission for selling products on the platform. This will enable sellers to offer products that were previously unavailable on the platform due to size restrictions or special storage and delivery requirements. Examples include bulky items, construction and finishing materials, car batteries, customized products, jewelry, slow-moving niche items, premium segment goods, and more. This model opens the marketplace to new niche businesses and broadens the selection for customers.
The DBS model is a logical step in the development of our platform. We know that many entrepreneurs offer interesting products that can’t be promoted through traditional schemes due to logistics limitations. Now, even more entrepreneurs will gain access to Uzum Market’s multi-million user audience. We’re building a marketplace where every seller — from large companies to small family-run brands — can find their niche and grow.

Today, over 15,000 entrepreneurs and companies from across the country sell their products on Uzum Market. The marketplace’s pick-up points and courier service operate in more than 400 locations throughout Uzbekistan.
